Also known as Mausoleum flies. These flies breed in the most putrid of circumstances and are serious pest in all types of food handling facilities. They breed in cockroach cultures and infest dead specimens. They can grow to enormous numbers and be a considerable nuisance as they are attracted to the face and eyes.
